People on the South Coast woke up Sunday morning to a sight few have seen. Ice forming on bays and inlets in and around Vancouver. Despite the cold, dozens of people line the waterfront at Stanley Park watching the California sea lions frolic near a thin layer of ice that covers that part of Coal Harbour.
Nearby, Lost Lagoon is frozen solid. As Kristen Robinson reports, a thaw is on its way.
