Questions over safety and access to emergency shelters in Edmonton

There continues to be a lot of debate related to the dismantling of Edmonton’s high-risk encampments. The province maintains that there are more than enough emergency spaces available. But advocates have questions about access to these spaces, and about how safe they are. So what could be done differently to address this pressing issue?
