Additional lane proposed for the Cut on Hwy. 1

On a map, it doesn’t look like much, but a two-kilometre stretch of Highway 1 in North Vancouver has been the bane of existence for commuters for years. As Kristen Robinson reports, councillors with the District of North Vancouver hope to make some changes to the Cut.
