Blast of winter weather hits Edmonton as snow arrives

With snowfall accumulating throughout the day, traffic ground to a crawl Tuesday. But it’s not all bad — some Edmontonians were embracing the white stuff, especially those in the business of snow. Sarah Ryan reports.
