Vernon’s Animal Auxiliary in desperate need of support

One non-profit organization in Vernon that provides monthly hampers to seniors in need has fallen on hard times. Back in December, a leaky roof at the Animal Auxiliary Thrift Store meant the store had to close for several weeks, leading to thousands in lost revenue, while still having to pay their rent. Now, their hamper program is at risk of ending permanently. Jayden Wasney reports.
