Alaska Airlines plane had warnings days before blowout, investigators say

While investigators work to figure out what caused an Alaska Airlines’ Boeing 737 Max 9 plane panel to suffer a mid-flight blowout, the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board says pilots reported pressurization warning lights on three previous flights of the same aircraft.
