City of Peterborough public works prepares for winter wallop

Environment Canada says to expect 15 to 20 cm of snowfall followed by a risk of freezing rain on Tuesday afternoon (Jan. 9) into the night.

The City of Peterborough says its public works staff will be out in full force for the storm which includes 18 plow trucks, 11 sidewalk plows, two graders, seven loaders and backhoes and four light-sanding units.
