Wine sales up in B.C. over summer, but beer volume continues to reign supreme

Wine sales in B.C. surpassed beer in the second quarter of the year, according to the British Columbia Liquor Distribution Branch, however the volume of beer remained much higher. British Columbians also spent more on alcohol compared to the same time last year.
