Ontario Land Tribunal ruling ends years-long dispute over housing location

A long and bitter fight over the location the city chose for a modular supportive housing building has ended with the Ontario Land Tribunal ruling in favor of the city. While housing advocates call the process a waste of time, delaying desperately needed housing, opponents remain disappointed over the way it played out. Matthew Bingley reports.
