Speaking at the White House briefing on Wednesday, U.S. National Security spokesperson John Kirby said that countries are becoming more aware of the “increasing threat to the free flow of commerce in the Red Sea” under Houthi attacks, and that they are increasingly willing to “express their discomfort.”
