Big waves, high tides on southern Vancouver Island coast

Elevated sea-water levels brought some big waves and higher-than-usual tides to parts of B.C.’s westernmost coast Wednesday Dec. 27, 2023. Waves reached above the walls at McNeill Bay in Oak Bay.
