Kelowna condo owner concerned over impacts of B.C.’s short-term rental market crackdown

The owner of a condo in Kelowna is voicing his concerns over the province’s recent moves to regulate the short-term rental market. He purchased a unit in a resort property because it was zoned for short-term rentals, only to find out months later the rules were changing. Aaron McArthur reports.
