A record number of people moved out of B.C. to other provinces from July to September of 2023, the largest number seen in a decade according to Statistics Canada. Legislative bureau chief Keith Baldrey explains Housing Minister Ravi Kahlon is among those who acknowledge housing prices are likely the biggest reason.
