Hamas rejects idea of prisoner exchange talks during ‘genocidal war,’ spokesperson says

In a video released by Hamas on Tuesday, senior official Basem Naem said the militant group is affirming its position of “rejecting to hold any form of negotiations over prisoners exchange under the continuing Israeli genocidal war,” adding that they are “open to any initiatives that contribute to ending the aggression” on Gaza.
