Quebec earmarks $23.7 million to fight transphobia and homophobia

Organizations working with the LGBTQ2 community will receive $11 million to enhance their services. That’s part of a plan by Quebec’s minister responsible for the status of women to fight transphobia and homophobia in Quebec.
