Fraser Health is hoping to ease overcrowding at Surrey Memorial Hospital by leasing an entire motel for some patients who no longer need urgent care but do require a room as they continue to heal or wait to be moved into rehabilitation or long-term care. As Angela Jung reports, it will prioritize those who are unhoused or have precarious housing.
