Quebec premier says students will be back in class Monday but striking unions say not so fast

Premier François Legault believes the province will reach an agreement with teachers by the end of the week, but the unions representing them disagree. Hundreds of thousands of workers in health-care and education are still on strike and the clock is ticking as they hope to reach an agreement before the holidays. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
