Minister of National Defence Bill Blair announced on Wednesday that Michelle Douglas has been appointed as the Canadian Armed Forces’ (CAF) first Honorary Colonel for Chief Professional Conduct and Culture (CPCC). Blair described Douglas as a “remarkable Canadian,” adding that the CAF is working towards building a military where “all the people can reach their full potential.”
