A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a 60-year-old Surrey man , convicted of smuggling drugs. In November 2017, border service agents at the Pacific Crossing searched a truck owned and driven by Raj Kumar Mehmi. In September of last year, Mehmi was found guilty on two drug charges but one month later he fled to India.
