Tesla has recalled more than two million vehicles to fix a defective system that’s supposed to ensure drivers are still paying attention while using the autopilot feature. The recall follows a two-year investigation by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration into a series of Tesla crashes that occurred while the autopilot system was in use, some of which involved fatal injuries.
