Moncton couple upset with provincial office that helps tenants

A Moncton couple says they were renovicted from their apartment after complaining about a lack of functioning heating system in the unit. As Suzanne Lapointe reports, they say they feel failed by the provincial office put in place to help tenants resolve issues with their landlords.
