Adelaide and Bay intersection closure leads to more Toronto congestion woes

The intersection of Adelaide St. and Bay St. is closed and will remain closed until the end of the week while new streetcar tracks are installed. While the city said the move will ease traffic in the long-term, those navigating the increasing congestion are finding it difficult to see the silver lining. Matthew Bingley reports.
