A man was caught on video punching a grandpa in the face, while taking his infant grandchild for a walk in a stroller in Calabasas, Calif., on Wednesday. California police have arrested and charged suspect 29-year-old Angel Sanchez Jr. of Santa Barbara, Calif., for attacking two victims, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
