Canada’s military colleges are at a crossroads– what 2 graduates want now

Many analysts into military sexual misconduct point to the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) as a breeding ground for the problem. “The West Block” host Mercedes Stephenson is joined by Kate Armstrong, the first female cadet at RMC, and Lt.-Col. (Ret’d) Mark Popov, the former head of officer cadet training at RMC, on the federal plan to establish a review panel to analyze the culture, education and training at Canada’s two military colleges.
