The victim of a Tuesday shooting in front of the Kingsway Mall tells Global News he was attacked within seconds of seeing a man with a gun. Tyler Marshall said the shooter was incoherent when he spoke with him. Now he is beginning a long recovery from a shotgun blast that left him with life-changing injuries. Jasmine King reports.
