Sat, Jan 11: It’s the latest case of “sexting” and cyberbullying to baffle Canada’s criminal justice system. On Friday, a B.C. teenager was found guilty of distributing child porn after she texted explicit photos of her boyfriend’s ex. Her lawyer says the charge doesn’t fit the crime and is planning to appeal. As Brett Ruskin reports, it comes as the federal government tries to figure out a way to deal with cyberbullying.
