Thu, Dec 5: Warrant Officer Michael McNeil took his own life last week, after 19 years in the force. McNeil hadn’t been officially diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, but his family says he had been troubled by his two tours in Afghanistan. Global’s Brett Ruskin reports.
