The family of a woman killed in an apparent road rage shooting said they knew the suspect that was arrested for her death, but didn’t tell police that information until Thursday. In an emotional press conference, husband Robert Meyers explained that his wife Tammy and the 19-year-old suspect had a neighbourly relationship.
