Pro-Russian demonstrators tear down Ukrainian flag, replace it with Russian

The incident occurred following a rally at which speakers called for Crimea’s secession from Ukraine. The group marched towards city hall following the rally and and tore down the Ukrainian flag flying outside the building there, despite efforts by the Mayor of Kerch and the police to stop them.
