It’s been a challenging couple of years for B.C. Ferries, with a string of vessel breakdowns and ongoing staff shortages, leading to many delayed or cancelled sailings. The ferry service has been asking the public for input through an online survey, and today is the last day to weigh in. Emily Lazatin reports.
