Mon, Nov 4: City budget chief Frank Di Giorgio said he views Mayor Rob Ford’s apology over the weekend as a sincere attempt to get back to city business – even has he admitted that Toronto residents likely still have questions, and that city council will have to evaluate the Mayor’s mental and physical state to determine if he can “help as much as he thinks he can.”
