The uncle of Burlington, Vt., shooting victim Hisham Awartani, Rich Price, said in a Monday update that the weekend attack of three college students of Palestinian descent “speaks to the level of hatred” that exists in areas across the U.S. The uncle of victim Kinnan Abdalhamid, Roddy Tamini, added that his family was “still in shock” and felt “betrayed” by what happened.
