Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre on Thursday called for a review of Canada’s terrorist threat assessment after the United Kingdom issued a travel advisory for Canada earlier this month calling the threat of a terror attack “very likely.” Polievre also proposed additional measures to protect Canadians against security threats, including a task force that would coordinate between intelligence services and local police departments.
