Affordability crisis: Conservative MP asks if Trudeau thinks ‘all Canadians are auditioning for Les Mis’

Speaking in the House of Commons in Ottawa on Tuesday, Government House Leader Karina Gould said that “When we hear the words ‘common sense’ and ‘Conservatives,’ we get the shivers” because of spending cuts. Conservative MP Dan Albas responded by saying that inflationary government deficits were “to blame” for rising living costs and asking if Prime Minister Justin Trudeau thinks that “all Canadians are auditioning for ‘Les Mis.”
