International Trade Minister Mary Ng said in San Francisco, Calif., on Wednesday that the federal government continues to support Canadian businesses operating in India amid tensions after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused the Indian government of being linked to the killing of a Canadian Sikh leader in Canada. “My job as the trade minister is to make sure that the support and the tools that are there to support Canadian businesses and investors in India continue to be available,” Ng said.
