International Trade Minister Mary Ng said in San Francisco, Calif., on Wednesday that the businesses she met at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit found the forum “incredibly valuable” as they were looking to grow their businesses and expand in the Asia-Pacific and Indo-Pacific regions. “What do businesses tell me? Having rules that they know of, that they can count on, creates a predictable business environment for them to operate in,” Ng said.
