After nearly five weeks of consistent military shelling, triggered by an unprecedented Oct. 7 attack by Hamas militants, Israel has agreed to daily humanitarian pauses in Gaza — where it will hold fire for four to six hours a day. At least 22 people, however, were killed in airstrikes between three hospitals on Friday, including the main hospital al-Shifa.
