Consumer Matters: Lost luggage Flair Airline fiasco

A Flair Airlines customer is sharing her frustration after she says the airline lost her luggage. Making matters worse, she says the bag was eventually found at Vancouver International Airport, only later to be declared lost by the airline. Consumer Matters reporter Anne Drewa explains.
