Summerland council to consider options after referendum

The District of Summerland has been forced to shelve plans to build a new aquatic centre after residents in that community voted “no” to borrow millions of dollars for the project. While many agree, a new centre is badly needed, the pricetag seemed too big for residents to cover on their own. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
