Virtual care clinics did little to ease crowded ERs during COVID-19 pandemic, study finds

Health officials turned to virtual care during the COVID-19 pandemic to ease the burden on crowded emergency rooms. But as Katherine Ward reports, a study published Monday by the Canadian Medical Association Journal found it did not help as much as was hoped.
