It was only a few dollars worth of copper, but a small business owner in Vancouver says the vandalism is going to cost him big time. His story is one of many around the province, and the reason the government has introduced a grant to help businesses recover from vandalism. but as Alissa Thibault reports, he’ll still be on the hook for thousands of dollars.
