Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre praised the governing Saskatchewan Party during its convention in Regina on Saturday, supporting the province’s premier and finance minister for fighting against the federal government’s carbon pricing efforts. “With your common-sense government and the sensible approach that you take to all the issues, you might feel isolated and alone,” Poilievre added. “The problem is not the rest of Canada… We have one problem in this country, with two words: Justin Trudeau.”
