Despite tentative deal, Seaway strike could still impact Manitoba

Cargo is moving again on the St. Lawrence Seaway after management and Unifor struck a tentative deal on Sunday. However, Keystone Agricultural Producers says the impacts of the short-lived strike could still be felt.
