Indigenous police forces in Quebec claim federal underfunding amounts to discrimination

More than 20 indigenous police forces in Quebec are accusing the federal government of discrimination for failing to adequately fund their services. They’ve filed a complaint with the human rights commission claiming the lack of resources is putting a strain on the organizations and their communities. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
