More than 20 indigenous police forces in Quebec are accusing the federal government of discrimination for failing to adequately fund their services. They’ve filed a complaint with the human rights commission claiming the lack of resources is putting a strain on the organizations and their communities. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
