The United Nations (UN) says civil order is starting to break down as Israel’s offensive in Gaza continues. This brings the total number of trucks allowed through to 117 since they were first permitted nine days ago. However, this amount of aid only represents a quarter of what would typically be allowed on a single day. Daniele Hamamdjian reports.
