Maine Public Safety Commissioner Mike Sauschuck said on Saturday that he wouldn’t describe the paper note left behind by deceased shooting suspect Robert Card as an “explicit suicide note.” Sauschuck said the “tone and tenor” was that the individual was not going to be around and wanted to make sure that a loved one had access to his phone and bank codes.
