Jennifer McKinnon said that the local authorities have seen a recent increase in reports of incidents that may be motivated by hate. “The ongoing conflict in the Middle East is having a profound impact all over the world, and we have not been immune from these effects,” McKinnon said, adding that she was here to “talk about behaviour, not beliefs.”
