In a Thursday update, Col. William Ross of the Maine State Police said that there was an arrest warrant for eight counts of murder for suspect Robert Card, 40, after a mass shooting in Lewiston the night before that left at least 18 dead and 13 injured. “He should be considered armed and dangerous,” Ross said, urging any local residents to shelter indoors and not approach him if they come into contact.
