Canada’s Defence Minister Bill Blair commented Monday on an independent investigation by the Canadian Armed Forces into the explosion at a Gaza hospital that killed hundreds. “What we believe is that the rocket did not originate – it’s highly unlikely – we say with a high degree of confidence that it was not fired from Israel,” Blair said. ” It’s far more likely that it originated in Gaza,” he added.
