Speaking in Ottawa on Wednesday, Government House Leader Karina Gould said Canada has been “unequivocal” in condemning the Hamas terrorist attacks against people in Israel and also called on all parties to “observe international law.” Gould added that “Our hearts go out to the innocent Palestinian victims that have died as [a] result of this attack, and we will continue to work with partners around the world to call for a humanitarian corridor.”
